TPS was founded over 15 years ago based on the vision of deploying skilled technical personnel in a high-quality manner. Completely unburdening both the client and the candidate is central to this. We are active in the secondment and deployment of technical personnel in the automotive, industrial, maritime, infrastructure and utility sectors and work across borders.

The shortage of experienced technical personnel will continue in the coming years. And yet high quality has always been the distinguishing feature of Dutch technology. In order to maintain that quality and remain competitive, one will have to go abroad in the future. Vocational training courses (the old MTS) still exist abroad and hard-working and reliable personnel are available. In addition, technical companies increasingly prefer to work with a small permanent core and a large flexible shell. This is how one can really do business! With fewer risks.

People are our service, and we see taking good care of our strengths as our duty. Satisfied people are simply more productive, and therefore fortunately remain associated with TPS for a long time. Something our clients also like when they want the same people back on a project. Continuity and long-term relationships are therefore of paramount importance to TPS.

TPS continuously operates from the idea; One technician is not the same as the other. What does someone want? And what can someone really do? With our profiling completely in order, we can complete projects for our clients and successfully complete them.
